🚫 No Refunds After Ad is Posted

Once an advertisement is paid for and published on Sonic.lk, we do not offer any refunds, regardless of the duration, visibility, or results.

🛠️ Exceptions (Refunds May Be Considered Only If)

• You were charged more than once for the same ad
• The ad was never published due to a technical issue on our side
• You notify us before the ad goes live

⏳ Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the payment date. Send us your payment details and ad information to:

⚠️ Refunds Not Provided If

• Your ad is removed for violating our posting rules
• You request ad removal after it's posted
• Your ad receives low or no responses

🔒 Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our platform terms.
